Women's Self Defense Seminar February 2008
We held our women’s self-defense course during family week and had some MVKS Moms come down for an educational night of self defense strategies and tactics. Once again the course was well received and opened some peoples eyes about self defense. Our Moms learned how to hit with their elbows, knees and palm heels, and also learned some basic strategies for grab defenses and ground fighting.
