An Evening Full of "Uki Goshi"
After a good warm-up with back, side and front falls, Mr. Veziris - Mr. Peacock's Judo teacher - introduced MVKS members to floating half and full hip Judo techniques. Time flew by (and so did the students).
Mr. Veziris always amazes with his expertise and seemingly never exhausting energy, and the fascinating way in which he shares his knowledge with us. His assistant, Tommy Moreau, certainly left us in awe, demonstrating the most graceful and powerful grabs and falls.
Mr. Veziris and Mr. Moreau, we can hardly wait until you come back for the next Judo seminar at our Karate studio.
