MVKS Penny Sale
for Katrina Victims

The excitement had built up all week, and on Saturday morning at 11:30 it was finally time for the MVKS Penny Sale for Katrina Victims drawing to begin.
Another true family event, MVKS students and their families had a fantastic time, many taking some great treasures home, whether it was a game, books, stuffed animals, jewelry, movies, toys, a bike or even one of the two punch bags.
MVKS was able to raise over $540 with this event, to help those who lost everything.
Special thanks to Mrs. Peacock, who suggested and administered the event, and to all MVKS students and their families to participate and donate.
