Congratulations, New Black Belt - Colin Robb!
Friends and family gathered on Friday, December 5th, 2003 to celebrate the promotion of Colin Robb to the rank of Black Belt. This night culminated 4 months' worth of testing that began with a pre-test back in August.
Mr. Peacock spoke about the meaning of the Black Belt and shared some interesting insights on Colin's journey towards this important milestone. Colin presented Form 4, as well as his favorite techniques with his Black Belt peers. Rituals in memory of Ed Parker completed Colin's welcome to the chain of MVKS Black Belts. Everyone joined in for a grand finale with great conversations, delicious pizza, terrific cake, and the cutest black belt cookies ever seen.
