Technique of the Month - June 2006

Repeated Devastation
(full nelson)

  1. Step and drop to 9:00 into a side horse stance with double vertical punches to the opponent's face / double downward elbows combo (transition); slide the left foot back to a horse stance with 2 straight thrust punches to the ground.
  2. Step left to 12:00 (transition) as the left hand grabs the opponent's right wrist; pivot to a right forward bow with a right back elbow to the opponent's face as the left hand maintains the grab.
  3. Step back with the left into a modified attention stance (transition) as you grab the opponent's left wrist with your right hand; step to 12:00 with the right (transition), pivot to a left forward bow with a left back elbow to the opponent's face.
  4. Cover out.
