Technique of the Month
- May 2006
Locked Wing
(right rear hammerlock)
- Step back with the left into a left side horse stance with a left
back elbow to the opponent's face; the right hand grabs the opponent's
wrist.
- Pivot to a right forward bow with a left inside elbow strike to
the opponent's elbow; the right hand maintains the grab.
- Step back perpendicular to the opponent with the right as the
left hand traps the opponent's right and the right hand sets line of
sight over the opponent's head (transition); deliver a right step thru
knee / right overhead hand sword combo (offset sandwich) to the
opponent's face and back of the neck; cover out.
