Technique of the Month

Five Swords
(right roundhouse punch)
- Draw into a right 45 degree cat with a right thrusting inward
block, the left hand hangs by the side (transition), step into a right
neutral bow with a right slicing handsword to the opponent's neck; the
left hand resumes check. Pivot to a right forward bow with a left
straight finger thrust to the opponent's eyes, the right hand chambers a
the right hip.
- Pivot back to a right neutral bow with a right uppercut punch to
the opponent's midsection, the left hand covers high near the right
shoulder.
- Step to 4:30 into a right forward bow with a left outward
handsword to the opponent's neck; the right hand sets line of sight to a
hammer position.
- Drop into a right wide kneel with a right inward handsword to the
back of the opponent's neck; the left hand covers low.
- Cover out.
