Technique of the Month - April 2005

Swinging Pendulum
(right step-thru roundhouse kick)

  1. From a right neutral bow, step to 4:30 with the left with a universal block, the right hand is high (transition). Immediately push-drag shuffle forward with a right hammer fist to the groin while the left hand covers high.
  2. Step to 1:30 with the left and deliver a right rear obscure elbow under the opponent's chin.
