Technique of
the Month - January 2005
Circling Wing
(rear two hand choke)
- Step to 1:30 with the left as the right hand tries to grab the
left ear (to set line of sight) (transition). Immediately pivot to a
right forward bow with a left straight finger thrust to the opponent's
eyes as the right hand grabs inside of the opponent's right forearm.
- Pivot back to a right neutral bow as you push-drag shuffle
forward with a right upward elbow under the opponent's chin while the
left hand forms the shape of a crane and utilizes frictional pull to
enhance the upward elbow.
- Pivot to a right reverse bow with a right back hammer fist to the
opponent's groin while the left hand covers high near the right
shoulder.
