the Month - December 2004
Crashing Wings
(rear bear hug - arms free)
- From a natural stance, step to 9:00 with your right into a horse
stance while dropping down diagonal with two overhead elbows to the opponent's
forearms.
- Trace a number 7 with the left foot into a left reverse bow while
the hands stack (left on top) on the right hip.
- Pivot to a left neutral bow with a left rear obscure elbow to the
opponent's chin while the right hand goes to the hammer position.
- Pivot to a left forward bow with a right hammer fist to the groin
while the left hand chambers at the left hip.
