Technique of

Grip of
Death
(right side headlock)
- Step to 10:30 into a right close kneel stance with a simultaneous
left hammer fist to the kidneys / right hammer fist to the groin.
- Pivot to a left forward bow with a right palm heel strike to the
opponent's chin after the left hand grabs the chin and bends the
opponent backward. Then create a tunnel for the opponent's right arm to
slide through while you deliver a palm heel.

- Other than a headlock, what could your opponent be
attempting to do with this attack?
- The double hammer fist combination is done to
momentarily "freeze" your opponent. Explain how this can be
achieved.
