MVKS Kenpo
Technique of the Month

Technique of
the Month - October 2004
Crossed
Twigs
(rear
two hand wrist grab)
- From a natural stance, step to 1:30 with the left foot as the
hands re-grab and pull forward the opponent's hands (transition),
immediately pivot into a right neutral bow with a right outward elbow to
the opponent's face while the left hand maintains the grab.
- Drop to a right wide kneel stance as you throw the opponent's
right hand down and then deliver a right inward overhead elbow to the
opponent's spine while the left hand maintains the grab.
- Deliver a left knee to the opponent's ribs and retract to a right
neutral bow as the left hand releases the grab and joins the right hand
on the opponents back.
