In 1987, when testing for his 3rd degree black belt, Mr. White was personally selected by Mr. Parker to be the Technical Director for the New England region of the IKKA .  At this time Mr. White was serving as the IKKA state Representative for New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. He is the 1st person in New England to bring a student up to the Black Belt Rank in Mr. Parker's Kenpo Karate System and is considered by many to be the "Father of New England Kenpo".  He also has the final authority on Kenpo Training in New England.

Mr.  White currently holds the rank of Black Belt in the 7th Degree in the American Kenpo Karate System  developed by Mr. Ed Parker.
